Who We Are Looking For

SBC Global Alliance seeks high-quality independent firms that are:

  • Established, multi-partner practices operating as partnerships or limited liability entities
  • Regulated by recognised professional bodies, with appropriate quality assurance and professional indemnity arrangements
  • Able to provide a full range of accountancy, audit, tax and business advisory services
  • Experienced in advising clients operating internationally
  • Capable of handling inbound cross-border enquiries professionally and efficiently

We are particularly interested in firms that:

  • Have partners or senior professionals with experience in major international firms
  • Demonstrate strong technical capability in areas such as international tax, transfer pricing, IFRS and cross-border structuring
  • Operate from well-established offices in key commercial locations
  • Conduct business comfortably in English in addition to their local language

Additional Considerations

  • Membership of another association or network does not automatically exclude a firm from applying.
  • Country exclusivity is not automatic and depends on in-country representation and engagement.
  • All applicants are subject to a structured application, due diligence and Board approval process.

Membership Criteria & Due Diligence

Admission to SBC Global Alliance is subject to a structured application and due diligence process.

This may include:

  • Completion of a detailed application form
  • Submission of examples of relevant international work
  • Reference checks and regulatory confirmation
  • A meeting or visit from a Board member or due diligence representative
  • Board approval

The process is designed to ensure quality, compatibility and mutual benefit.

Membership Fees

A structured fee model is being introduced to ensure the long-term sustainability and professional management of the Alliance 

Membership fees are designed to be proportionate, reflecting firm size and geography, while enabling the Alliance to:
